I’ve been spending the last little while reflecting deeply on the kind of yoga teacher I want to show up as in the world.
Each time, the answer is the same: I want to help people to heal themselves.
I can’t explain how much yoga has changed me, or my life.
It goes beyond bendy shapes or a physical practice.
It’s breathing, it’s awareness, its compassion
It’s everything within ourselves just waiting to be unlocked and waiting to be seen.
I can’t tell you how much this practice helps me heal: stress, anxiety, doubt.
To share the healing, I have released two breathwork practices on Insight Timer.
These practices are free and in line with my ethos that yoga belongs to everybody.
On this, these meditations are accessible for all, prior yoga or meditation experience or not.
